I don't have skinny arms, but they are not necessarily chubby from US perspective. unlike other 66girls items, there were some threads came out inside the dress. It's not a really big deal since I can easily cut it though. The item looks the same as the picture, but I'm not sure if I like it yet. Even though I'm a huge fan of wrap dresses, this doesn't make my waist look slimmer or helps covering my body complex. I personally think it's prettier with the coat on, but idk
